This chi-work out meditation is all about finding your natural flow and working with the innate intelligence of your body. You will be facilitated and supported in tuning into your unique energy, so that you can get out of the way and let your body move you.

 It is a form of natural yoga. There is no previous agenda, push, drive, effort or force involved.

 Instead the focus is on moving into the present moment. Getting out of your mind and allowing your body to take control. RETREATS & VACATION INTEGRATION

TAKE SOME TIME TO TRANSFORM IN A TROPICAL PARADISE

Whether you are on vacation in the area or taking a short weekend break from the intensity of Panama City. We can create a unique transformational training package especially for you and/or your group.

Our retreats will provide a taste of all the disciplines we teach. The services we provide depend on your preferred training and needs. 

If you are already vacationing in the area or you would like us to help you organize a training package, around your short or long term stay here in Panama, we will create a specialized program for you. We can also help you with accommodation options and logistic details.

We are based in a special part of the world. The Azuero peninsula is a vibrant expanding location for tourists and a new home to ex-pats from the world over.  That is why we were drawn here and decided to make it our home after we ventured to find a new base through Asia, Europe, the United States, South America and eventually Panama.

Green for one half of the year and blue for the other, we will integrate you into the nurturing environment through our Transformational Conscious Art Programs. That are designed especially for you, or your group.

The Flow and Rejuvenation program will allow you to melt into the rhythm of the tropical beach and nurturing oceans. Unload everything you are taking a break from through our Life Coaching program. While grounding yourself and stilling your mind through Meditation. Explore your Expression and Creativity and build a new Relationship within yourself during this precious time of transformation.

People often say it takes them a week to land at their location.
