Art was part and parcel of both my creative journey and my therapeutic process when I got onto the path and began to explore myself in my mid-twenties. It was a magical and mystical journey where the art work that expressed itself through me, to my amazement, mirrored all the new information and insights that the practitioners of various holistic therapies were also sharing with me, in relation to their insights and intuitive feelings, on what I was clearing energetically from my sub-conscious. They all contributed to guiding me into my power so I could fully recover my health and in the process create for the first time deep, personal and meaningful art.

The Arts are based on accessing and integrating into our bodies its structure, the structure of the universe by slowly dissolving what we have accumulated in our bodies, over time, as humans on a planet immersed in operating from the mind. Our bodies in their purest state are designed to receive information from Universal mind through our centre’s, our souls and take action. I know this from observing my body heal itself after brain surgery and dedicating my life solely, at that time, to healing it on a daily basis through Buddhist mediation. In tandem with immersing myself in this consciousness, my life at that time, you could say, was immersed in a semi/permanent state of meditation. Another structure began to express through me.
20 years later, I now know that to be the physical structure of the universe. Energy broken down from light to sound to the physical world we live in. Following as best I could the same intuitive method that was healing my body at a rapid rate, I got out of my own way to embark on; an out of control study and exploration of number. I have dedicated many, many years to it and geometry. I have grown a deep understanding of it and how our basic mathematical table and its simple numbers were created to represent the proportions of time-space in line with the planet we live on, it’s journey in tandem with our accompanying planets in our solar system and collectively our bigger journey through the procession of the equinox’s. It was my creative process that guided me in this direction and the work of Pythagoras in particular that inspired me to investigate, investigate and investigate more. To understand it at deeper and deeper levels and transfer that knowledge over to other systems such as the the ancient I-Ching, itself in my understanding, a mirror of the modern day quantum physics theory of String.
The result, just like the process of the Arts is, year on year, a deeper understanding of number and it’s resulting proportions and connections. The mathematical relationships of the geometry that number are component parts of. The basis of which we are in the process of building into an audio-visual algorithm that will become the foundation of our interactive electro-card learning system that can host conscious evolvement and structure learning for the emerging new extended reality worlds of Augmented and Virtual Reality. The perfect platforms at the perfect time for a new conscious way of learning and interacting from an emotional intelligent perspective. Learning through an edutainment system that everyone is part of building through participation; collectively evolving and learning how to live and operate in life through an emotionally intelligent structure. Progressing, as it should be, in line with the Universe; as a collective evolving team. Where it will go… only the universe knows! All welcome on board for the ride.

This experience of working with Ted over a period of time proved to be a significant turning point in the project and IMMA’s approach to working with Artist’s in the outreach program. Resulting in a very strong body of photographic artworks produced by the young people in collaboration with Ted. The work was exhibited in IMMA’s Response Room along with Ted’s work and a short film in which the children acted in and received considerable positive critical response.””

With the advent of the internet many industries have been disrupted allowing people to work in fields they would not have imagined possible. That I am currently producing music and am in the process of publishing my own book, are two examples of how the consumer can cherry pick from systems. designed and priced for the most rather than the few. Where there were apprenticeships and a career for life there now is a culture of exploration based on affordable technological innovations. This is where the Arts comes in and it has the potential to be a primary disruptive empowerment process to replace the dying disempowering old structures that are decaying and in some cases defunct. Any and all can adopt and learn as the masters have done and integrate this into their everyday lives at all levels.

In the recent past a spiritual process involved restriction sexually, financially or otherwise. This is an illusion. The Universe is pretty simple; contraction & expansion. Aligning with it involves dissolving at a cellular level all these old mind sets and paradigms. As the Buddha saw; the illusion of the mind. The universe is in a state of expansion and to align means expanding with it. It does not deal in limitations, it is not it’s nature and it wants us to win. No restrictions.
Emotional intelligence and the mastering of it opens the gate for an expanded consciousness. We want to train people by reaching far and wide through technology to share the structure of the Arts to touch any and all fields of endeavor. For others in turn to develop the ability to master and then teach consciousness through their fields of expertise. To connect a global family of change makers of all ages, to raise our consciousness together, across the planet, through self-empowerment. The potential of this model, over time, is to begin to effect the critical mass. With many operating together in the world with a strong structure of consciousness. Evolving bodies in constant transition. In line with the expansion of the universe beyond the limitations of world mind. A noble mission and one that any and all, are welcome to contribute to and be a part of.

I found my way to a MMA gym in Casco in the old town of Panama…
Here my eyes were opened to a profile of men who felt they had more to give than a life that involved drink and drugs. I had friends like this in the city I grew up in that wanted more and valued preserving their health through working with their bodies as athletes. Access can facilitate reaching young men, connect them so they no longer feel seperate from the rest of society and are rewarded for it.
